You are protected by our 60-Day No-Risk Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any e-book purchase, let us know within 60 days and we will refund the full amount to your credit card or Paypal account.

Shipping

E-Books are immediately downloadable to your computer and/or mobile device. No printed versions of e-books will be physically shipped. You do have the option to print out an e-book on your computer's printer.

E-Books are in Adobe pdf format. Adobe Reader is already installed on most computers, or is available as a free download from Adobe.com

Mobile devices

E-Books are in Adobe pdf format, which can be read on most PDAs such as iPhones and Blackberries.  A simple way to transfer an e-book to a mobile device is to send it as an attachment to an email.

To load Kindle e-book readers,  place a copy of the e-book in the documents folder of your computer's Kindle directory, then let it sync it over to your Kindle by plugging in its USB connector cord.
